Katy Kram, MPH, RN, RD, LD

Katy Kram, a registered and licensed dietitian, and nurse is committed to helping people heal food, weight and body image issues. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and has received extensive training in non-diet methodologies from Francie White, MS, RD, a creative leader in the field, Ellyn Satter, MSW, RD, author and clinician and Marion Woodman, PhD and other faculty members of BodySoul Rhythms Intensives. Her individual and group work fosters a sense of safety that allows persons to gently transform from within. Katy worked as the chief project nutritionist for a study on the nutritional status of preschool age children in the late 1960's and 70's, and taught in the Medical Dietetics program at Ohio State University before turning her attention to private practice. She has over 16 years of experience using the non-diet approach with eating and weight issues.

In 2005 and 2006, Katy completed an ecumenical course for Spiritual Directors at the Pecos Benedictine Monastery in Pecos, New Mexico. She is a member of Spirituality Network in Columbus and Spiritual Directors International. She offers spiritual direction in her office on Olentangy River Road and at local churches.

Charles T. Tweel, MD

Dr. Tweel is board certified in Family Medicine and has been in private practice since 1979. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Ohio State University and on the Board of Health for the City of Upper Arlington. With his special interest in preventive health care and in research, he acts as medical director for Freedom from Dieting.
