
A Life Skills Approach to Eating and Living
Are you ready to ditch the excesses in your life and live with balance? This extensive 11-week program is designed to teach life skills that allow you to turn off the drive to eat too much or too little, to overwork, to rescue others, to do what you habitually do when you spin out of control. You will learn skills of self-nurturing, feeling your feelings, setting limits, taking out emotional trash and living an abundant life. We will use the philosophy of Laurel Mellin, author of "The Solution" and "The Pathway" in combination with techniques of mindfulness and centering. Participants will learn and practice skills and techniques that have profound effects, not only for weight management but for life enhancement. Enrollment is limited to 6 participants in the group format. Persons may choose to take this course through one-on-one sessions with Katy, rather than in a group.

Group Fee: $300 for 11 sessions (includes workbook and 22 hours of class instruction in a small group setting).
Fee for individual sessions: $90 per hour or by arrangement.
